How long will my e-statement be available?
From the date that you sign up, your e-statement will be available every month or quarter. If you need a copy of a statement mailed to you for a specific period, please contact our Service Centre for further assistance at 1300 304 932, or by email at hsu@hsucu.com.au
What if I want to cancel my e-statement?
You can switch back to the paper version of your statement at any time. To cancel eStatememts simply log onto Internet Banking, click on the virtual branch tab at the top of the page, click on the e-statement link on the left of the page and then click on the Cancel Registration button. Click Proceed to cancel e-statements.
Can I have my e-statement email notification sent to more than one email address?
No, we can only send your e-statement notification to one email address.
How do I notify the credit union of my new email address?
To change your email address for e-statements simply log onto Internet Banking, click on the virtual branch tab at the top of the page, click on the e-statement link on the left of the page and then click on the Update Registered email address button. Enter your new email address and click Proceed.
Can my e-statement information be exported to other programs?
No, SGECU e-statements cannot be saved as a text file and imported into Microsoft Word or any other text program. HSUCU e-statements can only be saved as PDF files.
The “Get Statement” option under “Accounts” will allow you to download the previous months transactions as a Comma Delimited File, Quicken file, MYOB file or MS Money file.
