The HSUCU Retirees Access Home Loan is an innovative home loan designed especially for seniors, allowing you to access the equity in your home while you continue to live in it. This loan allows you to access funds without changing your lifestyle or selling your home. You can use the money to purchase a new car, enjoy your holidays, or even pay your medical bills.
 
You can borrow up to 30% of the value of your property, or $250,000 (whichever is lesser) depending on your age & the value of the property.
 
Receive the funds in one lump sum & use the money for any purpose you wish.
 
Make extra repayments at any time.
 
Redraw facility available.
 
Defer repayment of the loan until the property is sold, or the borrowers no longer live in the home, or on settlement of the estate.
