	The NSW First Home Buyers Supplement will be available until 30 June 2010 and the $7,000 First Home Owner Grant and the First Home Plus schemes will continue to be available after 30 June 2010.
	The grant can be added to your deposit, increasing your total deposit amount.
	There are no income or assets tests to qualify for the benefits.



First Home Owners Grant The governments of NSW, QLD, ACT & VIC have authorised SGE to assist our eligible members in obtaining the government's "First Home Owners Grant" in time for settlement. We hope that this service will encourage more first home buyers to experience their dream of home ownership with an SGE Home Loan.
